Heart-Warming Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/2 Tbs hemp seeds

  • 1/2 Tbs flax meal

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup organic pumpkin

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Sea salt

  • Dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients except sea salt and chocolate chips together in a bowl.

  2. Using an ice cream scooper, form dough into balls and roll between hands.

  3. Top with sea salt and chocolate chips. Store in fridge up to 5 days!
