The only way I'll eat it: Savory Roasted Kale
INGREDIENTS:
Chopped Kale (however much you like, I used 1/2 a bag!)
Avocado oil (spray or bottle)
Himalayan Pink Salt
Black pepper (add turmeric for inflammation benefits)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375
Spray baking sheet with avo oil. Add chopped/rinsed kale to baking sheet, spray with avo oil to cover.
Sprinkle desired seasonings over kale.
Bake for 20 mins, tossing halfway through.
