Football Season just got Healthier! Buffalo Cauliflower with Greek Yogurt Ranch

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower, rinsed and chopped

  • 2/3C buffalo sauce (I used @thenewprimal)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Pepper

  • Chili flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven 425

  2. Mix chopped cauliflower with sauce and seasoning in bowl and coat evenly

  3. Cover pan in foil and spray with avocado oil

  4. Spread cauliflower evenly on pan

  5. Cook 20 mins, flipping halfway through

RANCH

  • 1/2C Greek Yogurt

  • 1.5 Tbs lemon juice

  • Even amounts of garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt and dill or chives.

  • Mix all together in a bowl!
