Tuscan White Beans

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3-1/2 cup @otamotfoods organic essential sauce (or any no-salt marinara)

  • 1 can organic cannellini beans

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • crushed chili flakes

  • salt + pepper

  • fresh basil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes in extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.

  2. Add 1 can drained, rinsed cannellini beans and cook, adding more EVOO if needed, 2 mins.

  3. Add in @otamotfoods organic essential sauce, hemp seeds, salt and pepper and turn heat to low, allowing everything to simmer for a few minutes.

  4. Top with basil, chili flakes and extra hemp seeds!
