Momma's Vegan Lebanese Tabouli & Lentils
INGREDIENTS
4C finely chopped parsley
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 finely chopped white onion
1 Tbs dried mint
1/2C cooked lentils
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4C extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Chill in the fridge and serve cold.
