The only way I'll eat it: Savory Roasted Kale

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chopped Kale (however much you like, I used 1/2 a bag!)

  • Avocado oil (spray or bottle)

  • Himalayan Pink Salt

  • Black pepper (add turmeric for inflammation benefits)

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Spray baking sheet with avo oil. Add chopped/rinsed kale to baking sheet, spray with avo oil to cover.

  3. Sprinkle desired seasonings over kale.

  4. Bake for 20 mins, tossing halfway through.
