Too Good to be True: Greek Protein Plate

[ p r o t e i n ]
Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet covered in foil with olive oil and add chicken tenders. Season with turmeric, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Cover lightly in @traderjoes tzatziki. Bake for 15-17 mins.

[ b a s e ]
Sautée 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped) in 1 Tbs EVOO or avo oil over medium heat. Add 1 tsp minced garlic and a handful of spinach - cook until wilted. Add in 1/2 package of @traderjoes pre-cooked lentils, season with onion powder and black pepper. Heat through for 3-5 min on low heat.


[ s a l a d ]
Chop 1/2 English cucumber into small half discs and chop cherry tomatoes in half. Add to mixing bowl with micro greens, 2 Tbs olive oil, 1 tbs lemon juice, black pepper and garlic powder.
