Spice up your Meal Prep: Rosemary Chicken Thighs

1-1.5 lb organic boneless chicken thighs
1.5 tbs extra Virgin olive oil or @chosenfoods avo oil
1/2 Tbs garlic powder
1/2 Tbs onion powder
1 tsp dry rosemary or finely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
Fresh black pepper
1 Tbs Lemon juice

Marinade chicken thighs in 1 Tbs avo oil or evoo with all seasonings. The more time they have to marinade, the better!
Heat pan over medium heat with .5 tbs avo oil or evoo.
Place seasoned thighs on pan for 1-2 mins each side, depending on how thick they are.
Serve with rosemary potatoes and broccolini.
