½ cup Cashew Butter - this nut butter gives the most authentic “cookie dough” taste without overpowering notes like Peanut Butter! But feel free to use whichever you please.
½ cup Blended Organic Oats (blend oats into a fine powder)
¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
🥄 Instructions
Blend oats in a blender until fine and powdery. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix cashew butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Add protein powder and blended oats, stirring with a spatula until combined.
Note: Different protein powders absorb liquid differently. If your dough feels dry, add 1–2 tsp more almond milk until you reach your ideal cookie-dough consistency.
Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkle with sea salt.
