Raspberry Chia Jam Toast for Steady Energy (No Sugar Crash!)
If you’re craving a sweet breakfast that doesn’t send your blood sugar on a rollercoaster, this Raspberry Chia Jam Toast is your new go-to! Packed with fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats, this simple recipe fuels your morning without the mid-morning crash. Whether you’re navigating low energy, chronic fatigue, or just trying to feel more stable throughout your day — this toast hits the perfect balance between nourishing and satisfying.
Unlike store-bought jams loaded with sugar, this homemade chia jam takes just a few minutes to make and uses only whole-food ingredients. The chia seeds thicken the raspberries naturally, while also adding omega-3s and fiber to support digestion, hormones, and blood sugar regulation — all key for fighting fatigue and keeping your energy steady. It’s a small but powerful step toward a more energized, less burnt-out you — proving that healing fatigue doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive.
