Holiday Cocktail: Cranberry, Orange & Rosemary

Let’s face it… we could all use a little cocktail to get through the holidays. Cooking massive amounts of food and catching up with every family member, friend and co-worker can be extremely overwhelming.

If you’re looking to make those awkward dinner conversations a little more fun, make my Holiday Cocktail! It is so simple and is sure to impress (& intoxicate) your friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle @traderjoes vodka

  • 1 bottle 100% cranberry juice 

  • 1 bottle brut champagne

  • 2 oranges 

  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary (+ more for garnish)

  • Cranberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Peel oranges with potato peeler to create individual peels for garnish and set aside.

  2. Pour vodka, cranberry juice, rosemary sprigs and squeezed peeled oranges into large pitcher or drink dispenser. Soak for at least 2 hours or overnight in fridge.

  3. Before serving, add champagne to mixture.

  4. Pour into wine glasses with ice.

  5. Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange peels and rosemary.
