4-INGREDIENT MATCHA LATTE

I wanted to give you guys a SIMPLE hot matcha latte recipe. Lots of recipes on health blogs (including my own back in the day) add expensive health supplements like collagen peptides or Cacao butter - which can break the bank. I prefer my matcha lattes simple like this one!

The more expensive we make it to achieve a healthy lifestyle, the more impractical it becomes. Health is a privilege that should be accessible to all!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk alternative (I used Oatly Oat Milk - almond, cashew or coconut milk work as well)

  • 1-2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder (I used Match Ninja)

  • 1/2-1 tsp organic honey

  • Dash of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat milk in sauce pan on low heat over stove. Heat through but do not boil.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to blender with hot milk.

  3. Blend on low for 20 sec.
