Loaded Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, mashed

  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1-2 roma tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 - 1 lime, juiced

  • 3 Tbs fresh chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt/sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel, pit and mash avocados into large mixing bowl.

  2. Chop onions, tomatoes and cilantro and add to bowl.

  3. Add salt, pepper and lime juice to desired acidity/saltiness.

  4. Serve with chips or bell peppers!
