Healthy In-N-Out Fry Sauce

Yeah… I went there.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Tbs organic unsweetened ketchup (I like @sirkensingtons, @primalkitchenfoods, or @sprouts ketchup!)

  • 1 Tbs avocado mayo (I used @chosenfoods, or you can sub olive oil mayo or greek yogurt)

  • 1/2 Tbs mustard (I used @sirkensingtons)

  • 1/4 lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • Dash of paprika

  • Salt + Pepper

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp pickle juice for tang, hot sauce for spice

  • Directions: mix it all together in a bowl

FRIES:

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Peel and cut sweet potato into fries, cover in oil and seasonings (I do garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper)

  3. Bake 15 minutes, flip them, bake additional 10 minutes
