Blueberry Peach Cobbler Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond milk (more or less depending on desired consistency)
1/4-1/3 cup frozen blueberries
3-4 frozen peace slices
1/3 banana
1 handful of spinach
1 Tbs almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein (I used @vitalproteins vanilla coconut water)
Optional (but encouraged): 2 Tbs hemp seeds, 1 tsp flax meal, 1 Tbs chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Depending on desired thickness, add more almond milk.
