Blueberry Peach Cobbler Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (more or less depending on desired consistency)

  • 1/4-1/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 3-4 frozen peace slices

  • 1/3 banana

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 Tbs almond butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (I used @vitalproteins vanilla coconut water)

  • Optional (but encouraged): 2 Tbs hemp seeds, 1 tsp flax meal, 1 Tbs chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.

  2. Depending on desired thickness, add more almond milk.
