Curry Roasted Chickpeas

curry roasted chickpeas

Perfect as a protein-packed side, snack or salad topper!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can organic chickpeas

  • 1.5 Tbs olive oil 

  • 1.5 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • .5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • Himalayan pink salt

  • Pepper 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas.

  3. Combine chickpeas, olive oil and all seasonings in bowl and evenly coat.

  4. Spread out over baking sheet

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on desired texture. The longer you cook, the crunchier they become!
