Curry Roasted Chickpeas
curry roasted chickpeas
Perfect as a protein-packed side, snack or salad topper!
Ingredients:
1 can organic chickpeas
1.5 Tbs olive oil
1.5 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Himalayan pink salt
Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Combine chickpeas, olive oil and all seasonings in bowl and evenly coat.
Spread out over baking sheet
Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on desired texture. The longer you cook, the crunchier they become!
